All of our homegrown beef is raised right here on our farm in Southwest Missouri.  From being born to butcher, these cattle have been in our care the entire time.  We do not use any hormones or antibiotics in the process and feed them a grass hay diet, with them being finished on grain to create some of the most brilliant marbling.

We are currently taking and filling orders for :
Quarter Beef ~125 lbs finished product
Half Beef ~250 lbs finished product
Whole Beef ~500 lbs finished product.

We may also sell Individuall cuts, ground beef, or steaks. (Call for availability)

All beef is vacuum packaged and frozen.

You can pickup or we may offer delivery within a certain range.
